Watch-worthy Gaga Special

"Lady Gaga: Inside The Outside" premiered on MTV last Thursday but has been re-cycling frequently on the network. Lady Gaga can literally do no wrong in my book, and watching her speak is like a fascinating live art show. Some may find her off-beat antics as socially awkward, but she is truly a throwback to the tortured artist reminiscent of Warhol days. The special gives a unique insight into Gaga's beginnings growing up in NYC and her rise in fame from 2008 to the present, with the release of her newest album Born This Way. The special shows themes of struggle and escapism throughout Gaga's life and career. She is constantly trying to one-up herself but not just to find commercial success; it seems, rather, she does so to find personal fullfillment and surprisingly, to carry on the legacy of her father's name.
