Birdy "Skinny Love"
When I was her age, I just wanted to make it through honors English. If you haven't heard of talented vocalist Birdy from the UK, allow me to introduce: Born Jasmine Van den Bogaerde, "Birdy" was winner of Open Mic UK at only twelve years old and is now signed to 14th Floor Records at age fifteen. This makes me feel bad about myself.. Her first single is a version of Bon Iver's "Skinny Love" released Jan 30th. It's kind of like the sound of angels crying. No exaggeration.
